The Opportunity

Acquisition of a partially refurbished victorian property in prime area of Brook Green converted into 6 self contained flats. The legislative changes permits a significative reduction of the SDLT when six or more dwellings are purchased in a single transaction.

Strategy

Refurbishment and extension where possibile of the dated flats in order to attract high quality tenants working in the nearby BBC centre and in the City as the strong connection through the nearby Shepherd's Bush Station (Central Line), Goldhawk Road (Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines).

Engaged the interior designer JJ Design Studio and a local contractor. The project has been completed in 5 months.
