The Opportunity

Acquisition of a substantial Victorian property in Brook Green, comprising six self-contained residential apartments, some of which required further modernisation and improvement.

Situated within the Lakeside Conservation Area, the property presented an opportunity to acquire a well-located residential investment with potential for value enhancement through targeted refurbishment and improved internal layouts.

 

Investment Strategy

 

Our strategy focused on upgrading and repositioning the existing apartments to provide high-quality contemporary accommodation while retaining the architectural character of the Victorian building.

Particular emphasis was placed on improving space utilisation, enhancing interior finishes and creating attractive living environments suited to the requirements of London's professional rental market.

The property's established residential location and excellent transport connections supported our long-term investment approach.

 

Project Implementation

Working with JJ Design Studio and a local building contractor, Ameera Properties coordinated a comprehensive programme of internal refurbishment and improvements.

The works included the reconfiguration of selected apartments, notably the conversion of an existing studio into a one-bedroom apartment, alongside the modernisation of interiors and the improvement of residential accommodation.

The refurbishment programme was successfully completed within five months.

The project transformed dated accommodation into a collection of modern residential apartments within an attractive Victorian building.

Through considered design, improved layouts and efficient project delivery, the refurbishment enhanced the quality and functionality of the accommodation while preserving the character of the original property.
